1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conflux Arena ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Conflux Arena is a blockchain-based platform on the Conflux Network that allows users to:

  • Complete social, DeFi, and NFT quests
  • Earn XP (experience points) and NFT badges
  • Participate in CFX price predictions (entertainment only)
  • Use demo trading features with virtual funds
  • Interact with Conflux ecosystem projects
  • Participate in community activities and referral programs

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Conflux Arena, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Wallet Connection

To use certain features of the Platform, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All activities that occur through your connected wallet
  • Any transactions initiated from your wallet

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit quests or rewards
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Conflux Arena, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Conflux Arena or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. NFT Badges and Rewards

NFT badges and XP earned on the Platform:

  • Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Have no guaranteed monetary value
  • May be modified or discontinued at our discretion
  • Are subject to blockchain network conditions

8. Predictions Game

Conflux Arena offers a CFX price prediction game. By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Predictions are for entertainment purposes only, not financial advice
  • Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results
  • XP rewards earned have no monetary value
  • Price data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate
  • We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make
  • You should not rely on predictions for investment decisions

9. Demo Trading Platform

Conflux Arena provides a demo trading platform with virtual funds:

  • You receive a virtual balance — this is not real money
  • All trades use simulated funds with no real financial obligations
  • Trading results do not represent actual market conditions
  • This feature is for educational and entertainment purposes only
  • XP earned from trading has no monetary value
  • Leveraged trading (up to 50x) demonstrates simulated risk only
  • We do not provide investment advice or trading recommendations

10. Referral Program

Our referral program rewards users for inviting others:

  • XP bonuses are awarded for successful referrals
  • XP rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency
  • Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, manipulation) will result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

11. Cryptocurrency Payments

Projects on Conflux Arena may distribute cryptocurrency rewards:

  • Payments are made by individual projects, not by Conflux Arena
  • You are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations
  • Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; we make no guarantees about value
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • Always verify your wallet address before claiming rewards

12. AI Chat Features

Conflux Arena provides AI-powered chat assistance:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI chat is for general informational purposes only
  • Do not rely on AI for financial, legal, medical, or professional advice
  • Chat interactions may be logged to improve service quality
  • Do not share sensitive personal information in chat

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The accuracy or completeness of any information
  • The security of blockchain transactions
  • Compatibility with all wallets or devices

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conflux Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

17. Dispute Resolution

We will use best efforts to resolve any potential disputes through informal, good faith negotiations. If you have a concern, please contact us at legal@confluxarena.org.

If informal resolution is not reached within sixty (60) days, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established international arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Conflux Arena operates as a decentralized platform; no single legal entity controls or operates the Platform.
